Coconut Beetroot Latte

Necessities:

  • 220 mL Alpro Coconut ‘For Professionals’
  • 35 g Callebaut Ruby Chocolate Callets (optional)
  • 2 g beetroot powder

Put the beetroot powder in a glass. Add the chocolate callets if preferred. Froth the Alpro Coconut ‘For Professionals’ to a maximum of 65 ºC and poor it into the glass. Mix well and enjoy!
