Warranty and defects

You can also contact us if a product no longer functions within the warranty period. Please do take in account that warranty is not intended for defects due to improper use. 

Pricing policy

All prices on this website include 9% or 21 % VAT.


Have you received a wrong or defective item? Then please do contact us as soon as possible. We will replace and/or deliver the correct or missing item as soon as possible.

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong item or do you not like the product? You can always return the item at your own expense. 

If you want to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase, with the completed return form which is available to you here via download. It is important that the products are complete, unused and in the original packaging. We cannot take back products with an expiry date because of quality policy. 

We aim to transfer the amount to your bankaccount within 14 business days after the to be returned products are received. Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund. You can return the items to:
