Earl Grey Blackberry Gin
Cocktails and tea.. Do we really need to say more? Just make this drink, enjoy your gin and think of us!
Ingredients:
- 200 milliliters of chilled, strong Traditional Earl Grey tea
- 50 milliliters Gin, we like Bottega Gin Bacûr for this one
- Half a table spoon maple syrop
- 3 big blackberries
- Spring of rosemary
- Strainer
- Super fancy cocktail glass
Muddle the blackberry with the maple syrup, then add the Earl Grey tea. Pour the mixture true the strainer in to your super fancy cocktail glass. Add the gin, mix it up, garnish the cocktail with some rosemary and serve it like you mean it. Enjoy!
