Jasmine Bubbles

A delicious, fresh and slightly sparkling cocktail. A perfect alternative for champagne during the holidays.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Make a cold brew tea, in other words a cold tea. Because you made a cold brew there will be no bitters in the tea, only the natural sweetness.
  2. Take the sparkling water and add the China Finest Jasmine tea. Leave this mixture overnight in the fridge.
  3. Strain out the loose-leaf tea and serve in a beautiful champagne glass.
