Tea at the table

Imagine, you are BOB on a fun night out and they suggest matching wines with the dishes. Of course you want to be responsible and just skip this one. How nice would it be if that restaurant also had adapted teas? This already happens today and not only at dinner, but at breakfast and lunch you can combine the perfect tea.

Would you like a delicious cup of tea with your toast in the morning? Then go for a Genmaicha. This tea has a delicious toasted character with the puffed rice and therefore fits wonderfully with your breakfast with toast. Do you go for a salmon toast in the afternoon? Then go for an Earl Grey. The smoked salmon and the fresh citrus touch provide a wonderful contrast in the mouth.
Do you fancy a delicious vegetarian dish with delicious aubergine in the evening? Then go for a light Oolong. The fresh floral and vegetal notes go perfectly with delicious grilled aubergine.

Everyone knows of course a cheese and wine evening, but had you heard of a cheese and tea evening? You can also combine cheese with a tea. Go for a piece of creamy brie and combine it with a light Oolong or if you prefer a piece of goat cheese, choose a refreshing earl grey. You can combine a hard cheese with the creaminess of a Milky Oolong.

Tea in dishes

Not only Tea Pairing is completely in, but also cooking with tea. And this not only with pralines or dessert, but also with savory dishes. Just think of jasmine rice! This is of course not always necessary with jasmine tea, but change the water with the surprising Oolong and enjoy a wonderfully perfumed tea.

Also a delicious piece of salmon. You can perfectly combine this with a delicious earl grey, but you can also cook it in the oven with earl gray for a refreshing touch.

And of course we all know the delicious vegetal Matcha that can be perfectly combined with the slightly bitter of dark chocolate or the creaminess of a scoop of ice cream.

Tea as an aperitif

Would you like to surprise your guests with a delicious aperitif? Then you can definitely go for a delicious cocktail or cocktail based on tea. Go for an earl gray with a delicious syrup based on fruit and finish with Gin.
Of course you don't have to make it super special and you can infuse a neutral gin with your favorite tea. Finish with a neutral tonic and enjoy your own Gin creation.

Refreshment for the kids is always important too! Be sure to read our recipes for delicious fresh iced tea on our website.

Refreshing aniseed or rather verbena?

Are you a fan of the refreshing taste of anise and would you like to experiment with it? Then our Herbal blend with Anis is perfect for you. This blend of anise, fennel, fenugreek seeds, licorice and juniper berries is delicious any time of the day, but it tastes best after a long walk on a cool winter's day. This warming herbal blend is caffeine free.

If you prefer a soothing citrus taste, try our Verveine. Verveine, also known as verbena, is known and appreciated for its smooth taste with hints of lemon. The tea is imported from Iran, where the leaves absorb the rich minerals from the soil in which they grow. It is a herbal tea that does not contain caffeine and this tea is therefore perfect for bedtime.
