This handpicked tea from the Si Mao District in Yunnan China is shortly married 3 times with pure jasmine flowers for 15 hours, providing it's delicate flowery jasmine aromas. Black Jasmine Pearls is a special tea variety that will appeal to black tea and jasmine tea lovers alike. The black tea leaves are hand-rolled into tiny pearls and infused with the scent of jasmine blossom. This gives the tea a unique combination of deep, malty notes and a subtly sweet floral aroma. During the traditional fragrance process, fresh jasmine flowers are placed on a damp cloth on top of the tea leaves overnight. By morning, they are removed again, allowing the tea to absorb the delicate aroma of the flowers without creating bitterness.
