Which tea do you actually drink during spring?

Spring has arrived! Nature is in full bloom, the birds are singing and the sun is shining again. When you like this weather you naturally want to be able to enjoy a nice cup of tea. A warming chai or rooibos may not be the best option, but which tea is right for spring?

Yunnan tea

Yunnan tea is a tea from the Chinese province of Yunnan. Yunnan is home to one of the first tea plantations and tea gardens in the world. This tea is produced in the months of March and April in the humid cool mountain air and thus fits perfectly into the spring atmosphere. In addition, the Yunnan is known as a sweet and juicy tea with notes of honey and caramel, which also fit perfectly with the spring sunshine. This black tea is currently one of the best in the world, the cream of the crop.

White tea

White tea may be a somewhat unknown tea. White tea gets its name from the beautiful full leaves that make up the tea. These leaves have a delicate flavor with subtle hints of stone fruit. Due to this subtle taste, white tea is very suitable for novice tea drinkers. In addition, the fruity flavors of the tea are delicious on a sunny spring day.
For a sunny spring day we have a nice refreshing Iced Tea recipe with white tea and passion fruit.

Fruit tea

Instead of a tea with a fruit flavor, you can choose to drink tea with real fruits in it. A fruit tea is always based on hibiscus and / or rose hip. It can be varied endlessly with all kinds of different fruits such as apple, strawberry, raspberry, pineapple and so on. When choosing a fruit tea in the spring, keep in mind that it features fresh fruit such as strawberry or berries. There are also types of fruit tea that are more suitable for the summer or winter such as apple, pineapple or cinnamon.
A tip for a fruit tea is the Tropical Fruit Cocktail. This is a refreshing fruit blend and is also delicious as an Iced Tea!

Green tea

Green tea is a delicious tea that you can enjoy on a spring day. To prep your body for summer, green tea is your best bet. Green tea has many health benefits such as strengthening the immune system, reducing nausea, lowering cholesterol and promoting fat burning.
You may already know the taste of green tea, so it is nice to try green tea with different flavors. For example, try the Bali Monkey Fruit. This is a green tea enriched with banana, strawberry and fresh marigold blossom. You can also try the Green Lemon Sencha. This is a green tea enriched with fresh lemon, aromatic lemongrass and a natural lemon oil to enhance the refreshing lemon flavor.
